Daily TrackingThe system logs exact volumetric occupancy every midnight, preventing rounding inaccuracies or lost billable space:

How is the monthly MiLogistica subscription settled?
Subscriptions are billed monthly via standard SEPA B2B direct debit (ISO 20022). Invoices strictly comply with European anti-fraud and Spanish Veri*Factu (RD 1007/2023) electronic invoicing regulations, including SHA-256 cryptographic chaining.
How long does warehouse setup and operational deployment take?
For a typical logistics facility with up to 10 depositor clients, master SKU imports, bin location coding, and carrier setup usually take less than 5 business days. Training warehouse floor operators on the Android handheld app takes under an hour thanks to guided visual steps.
Are we required to purchase brand-new handheld hardware?
No. Our native Android app runs on any industrial rugged terminal running Android 10 or higher (Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, or Urovo). If you are in early operational stages, you can also use corporate Android smartphones paired with Bluetooth barcode scanners or wearable finger ring scanners.
Can we import our existing inventory and SKU data from Excel or another WMS?
Yes. We provide structured Excel and CSV import templates to upload your full SKU catalog, warehouse bin locations, opening inventory balances, and depositor client accounts, ensuring a clean and orderly migration without missing customer orders.
Is there any contract lock-in period?
None. We believe in customer retention through operational quality, not restrictive contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your monthly subscription at any time with a standard 30-day notice.
